A one nights stay deposit is required when making reservations.
We accept cash, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover)
Friday reservations between April and November require a 2 night stay
Holiday reservation require a 2 night stay
Rates do not include 6% PA Tax and 5% Local Tax
Balance of reservation due at check in
Rates are based on occupancy from 1 to 6 guests.
Full refund of deposit made for cancellations up to 14 days of check in. 50% deposit refund for cancellations within 14 days of check in and no refund of deposit for cancellations within 7 days of check in.
Events/ gatherings must be approved in advance (additional fees may apply)
Onsite staff daily
Housekeeping included in room rate
No refunds for early departure
Children over 12 are welcome
Fishing is permitted with a PA or NJ licence
Although we love pets, we're sorry but we cannot allow pets due to other guest's allergies.
